Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total.

Which credit cards do you accept?
Redvelvetcouture.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. Additionally, we accept payment via PayPal.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is charged only to states where Redvelvetcouture.com has a physical presence. Currently this is only California.

How can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order at anytime by clicking the link on the email sent to you.

What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt for items that have not been used or worn and with original packaging and tags attached. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Sales on items marked “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

How do I make a return or exchange?
Please contact customer service at 949.690.2989, or email us at customerservice@redvelvetclothing.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 14 days of receipt of order. RA#'s expire seven days after being issued. We suggest you send the package by registered or insured mail since Redvelvetcouture.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Sales on items marked “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Return credits take approximately two to three business days to process upon receipt of the item. Shipping charges are not refundable.

When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within two to three business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Revelvetcouture.com.

Guidelines
Orders placed Sunday-Saturday before 1 PM PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM PST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. Redvelvetcouture.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We use UPS, DHL and Federal Express for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

Please be advised that a signature will be required upon delivery for all orders placed for merchandise in excess of $100. This is for your own protection. If you are not present at the time of delivery, the shipping carrier is instructed to not leave the package behind. You will be notified of the attempted delivery, and will be provided instructions for picking up the package at your convenience.

International Shipping costs, methods and disclosure
International shipping charges are based on several factors, including total price of items, the weight of the package, and its destination. To determine the cost, please add your selected items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be able to view the shipping costs for 5-7 business day delivery on the review page of the checkout process. This is the last page before finalizing your order. From this page you may either cancel or proceed with your order. Please note if you would like expedited services, i.e. next day air, 2nd day air etc, please contact us at customerservice@redvelvetclothing.com or 949.690.2989 for shipping cost estimate as this will vary upon location and weight of order.
Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Redvelvetcouture.com, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You authorize us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you.
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international Customers and Customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
Refused Shipments - If you decide to refuse any shipments from Redvelvetcouture.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Redvelvetcouture.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
